Fire & Security Association of India Launched First Journal at Taj Deccan
తాజ్ డక్కన్ లో ఫస్ట్ జర్నల్ ను ప్రారంభించిన ఫైర్ అండ్ సెక్యూరిటీ అసోసియేషన్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా
The first issue of the journal will be launched by Mrs.Sabitha Indra Reddy, Honorable Home Minister for the State of Andhra Pradesh. Venue being at Kohinoor hall, Taj Deccan, Hyderabad Time of event at 6.30 pm to 7th June 2011. A panel discussion on fire, security and related topics will be conducted by eminent professionals prior to the journal launch.
About Fire and Security Association of India (FSAI)
Fire and Security Association of India was setup as a nonprofit organization in 2002 at Chennai under the Tamilandu Societies Act of 1975 with vision “to establish life safety and security as an important human obligation in the economic development of the country and use this as an index for future investments and growth of the nation to become world Leader”.
The primary objective of the association is to act as a catalyst for growth of the fire protection, safety and security services including the safety equipment manufacturing industry in India. Other goals include promotion and application of contemporary global practices and developments in Fire Safety and Security systems enabled through a network of similar association elsewhere in the world.
Fire and Security Association of India (FSAI) has Emerged as one of India’s most influential association in the field of Fire safety and Security.
FSAI has a pan – India Presence with eight local chapters in major metros and is linked to a global network of fire safety and security associations. FSAI is headquartered at Chennai and manage chapters at Ahmedabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Pune and Hyderabad, as well as a sub – chepter at Coimbatore.
FSAI conducts local programs at the root level aimed at enhancing public awareness on issues of fire prevention, fire protection, and security systems. It also with works bridging the gap between end – users like builders, corporate, and industry with manufactures of fire and security related products and service providers like fire consultants and safety auditors.
In pursuance of its objectives, FSAI is launching a Journal by title ‘FACTS’ (Fire & Current Trends in Security), which is specifically aimed towards Fire and Security industry. Focus for this journal to promote FSAI ideology, current trends in fire safety industry and we expect to distribute it free for circulation. It also consists of basic fundamentals in fire safety. Events held in the industry acriss india and the world, topics on latest trends in the industry, discussion forms, one on one interviews with eminent personalities in fire safety and security industry ect. The journal will be a quarterly publication, and will have an all India circulation of about five thousand copies.
7 జూన్ 2011న తాజ్ డక్కన్ లో ఫైర్ అండ్ సెక్యూరిటీ అసోసియేషన్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియా ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఫస్ట్ జర్నల్ ను హైదరాబాద్ చాప్టర్ డైరెక్టర్ శశాంక్, జనరల్ సెక్రటరీ డుమిని ప్రారంభించారు. కార్పోరేట్ ఆఫీసులు అసోసియేషన్ సభ్యుల స్కూళ్ళు మరియు తదితర ప్రాంతాల్లో అగ్ని ప్రమాదాలపై అవగాహన కార్యక్రమాలని నిర్వహిస్తున్నారని ఈ సందర్భంగా ఆయన మాట్లాడుతూ తెలిపారు.
